As followers of Jesus we seek to live the way of Jesus. Jesus had a heart for the poor and a special compassion for people in need. Following in His footsteps we seek to put our faith into action and use our time, talents, and resources to help others and in doing so not only better their lives but allow them to experience God's love through us Christ's hands and feet in the world through which He continues His ministry physically.
Grace UMC lifts up specific mission focuses each month collecting money and resources for many ministries in our community and beyond. Each year we give away thousands of dollars and many items to help carry out life changing ministry in God's name and we directly participate in hands on mission trips.
We are active with our local food pantry and chapter of Habitat for Humanity. We also support Naomi House a local ministry for anyone going through troubled times, the local poverty task force Vision 2020 which seeks to eliminate poverty in our county, and the Waushara Food Connections which seeks to increase food availability for all people. In addition to various other local charities, we support four health and welfare ministries in Wisconsin, two global missionaries, and a child names Jose overseas.
